Who we are
Pixie Painting is a sole trader painting and decorating business run by Aysel, covering Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Dorset, Hampshire. If you have a question about anything on this page, email pixiepainting@outlook.com.
What we collect, and why
When you send the contact form
The form on our contact page asks for your first and last name, email address, an optional phone number, the type of work you want, and your description of the job. We use it for one thing: to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing.
The form is delivered by Formspree, which passes the message to our email inbox. Formspree is based in the United States, so your message is handled outside the UK on its way to us.
When you browse the site
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people find useful. We see totals and trends, not individuals. We cannot tell who you are from it. If you decline, Google Analytics stores nothing on your device and we simply get less information.

Nothing is set before you choose. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the question will be asked again on your next visit.
Other services this site loads
Some parts of the page are served by other companies, which means your browser contacts them and they can see your IP address:
- Checkatrade, the review badge in the footer.
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs) , the typefaces and icons the page is set in.
- Hostinger, our web host, which keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep things
Enquiries stay in our email while we are talking and for as long as we need them for our records and tax obligations. Analytics data is held by Google for 14 months and then deleted. Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email pixiepainting@outlook.com and we will respond.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
